Responsibilities

• Pack products according to company standards and operating procedures.
• Verify product quantity, quality, and specifications before packing.
• Prepare and label packages accurately before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain packing, dispatch, and inventory records. Track dispatched shipments and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Follow up with transporters and branches to collect pending PODs.
• Update POD records and ensure all deliveries are properly documented.
• Monitor packing materials and report shortages.
• Support stock audits and inventory verification activities.
• Identify and report damaged or defective products.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
