2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Overseas Recruitment Executive to manage and expand our international recruitment network from Ranchi. You will source candidates for Gulf country requirements and coordinate with agents to meet client demand.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, organizing recruitment events, and driving targets while traveling within the assigned region. A graduate with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of recruitment agents and channel partners for overseas opportunities.
• Source, mobilize, and prepare candidates for Gulf country requirements.
• Organize seminars, roadshows, job fairs, campus drives, and awareness programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, partners, and candidates to ensure long-term business growth.
• Achieve recruitment and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for screening, documentation, and processing.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and candidates.
• Submit periodic recruitment reports and market feedback to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand recruitment network within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
