Job summary

2coms is seeking an Overseas Recruitment Executive for Kolkata to develop and expand our overseas recruitment network. You will source and mobilize candidates for Gulf country requirements, organize seminars and roadshows, and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the region to meet targets and expand the company’s footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of recruitment agents and channel partners to generate candidates for overseas job opportunities.
• Source, mobilize, and prepare candidates for Gulf country requirements as per client demands.
• Organize recruitment activities such as seminars, roadshows, job fairs, campus drives, and awareness programs to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with agents, partners, and candidates to ensure long-term business growth.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate screening, documentation, and processing.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and candidates to maintain an active recruitment pipeline.
• Submit periodic recruitment reports, activity updates, and market feedback to management. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's recruitment network within the assigned territory.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field such as Recruitment, Business Development, Overseas Recruitment, or Manpower Consultancy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Target-driven with good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to plan and execute recruitment campaigns and promotional activities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
