Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, overseas recruitment, or manpower consultancy preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities are expected.
• Target-driven with negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to plan and execute recruitment campaigns and promotions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of recruitment agents and channel partners to generate candidates for overseas job opportunities.
• Source, mobilize, and prepare candidates for Gulf country requirements as per client demands.
• Organize and coordinate recruitment activities such as seminars, roadshows, job fairs, campus drives, and awareness programs to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with agents, partners, and candidates to ensure long-term business growth.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate screening, documentation, and processing.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and candidates to maintain an active recruitment pipeline.
• Submit periodic recruitment reports, activity updates, and market feedback to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's recruitment network within the assigned territory.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Requirements
