Job summary

2coms is seeking a Business Development Executive for Gulf Recruitment based in Patna, Bihar. The role focuses on building a network of recruitment agents and partners to source candidates for overseas opportunities.

You will mobilize candidates, manage relationships with stakeholders, and drive recruitment drives, job fairs, and awareness campaigns across the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Gulf/Overseas Hiring through partner or recruitment networks.
• Ability to handle candidate sourcing and mobilization activities.
• Own bike is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong network of recruitment agents and channel partners for Gulf recruitment.
• Source, mobilize, and guide suitable candidates for overseas employment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Generate candidate leads through partner networks, job portals, references, and other sourcing channels.
• Organize and coordinate Job Fairs, Seminars, Awareness Campaigns, and recruitment drives.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and partners to ensure smooth mobilization and recruitment processes.
• Achieve assigned recruitment, sourcing, and mobilization targets.
• Maintain candidate and partner data and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, including documentation and interview coordination.
