Job summary

Swift Cargo in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding professional with 5-8 years of international shipping exposure to join our team.

You will coordinate with overseas partners, manage bookings and documentation, and ensure timely updates across time zones, supporting sales and operations while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Experience with international shipments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with overseas time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for import/export shipments.
• Manage shipment bookings, pre-alerts, documentation and status updates.
• Liaise with overseas offices, customers, airlines/shipping lines and internal teams.
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices and shipment reports.
• Maintain communication with overseas partners and ensure service levels are met.
• Support Sales & Operations with quotations, routing and shipment information.
• Ensure timely system updates and MIS reporting.
