• Ability to generate business through overseas agents and international networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with WCA members, overseas agents, and international partners for business development and shipment opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and enquiries received from overseas agents.
• Develop relationships with international freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities for Import, Export, Air & Sea freight through overseas networks.
• Prepare and share competitive freight rates, quotations, and proposals.
• Follow up with overseas partners to convert enquiries into shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain regular communication with overseas agents and provide timely updates.
• Monitor business generated through WCA/overseas partners and maintain records.
• Support customer acquisition, revenue generation, and achievement of sales targets.
• Attend international partner communications, meetings, and networking activities as required.
