Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage complete shift operations including staff deployment, service flow, cash handling, and shift handover as per SOPs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints professionally, ensure quick resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate OSRs during the shift to ensure productivity and service excellence.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, billing accuracy, and smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, monitor service speed, and achieve shift targets.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, grooming, and compliance with standards.
• Monitor stock usage, FIFO, wastage, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues and customer feedback to the Outlet Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain food safety, hygiene, grooming, and FSSAI compliance as per company standards.
