Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is seeking an OR Technician to assist in the operating room, ensuring safety and efficiency during surgeries. You will support surgeons and teams with instruments and supplies before, during, and after operations, and help maintain sterile technique.

You will monitor inventory, handle sterilization, document surgeries, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support general and obstetric procedures, including post-operative transfers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of the operating room to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support surgeons by providing essential instruments and supplies before, during, and after operations.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Provide emergency support in intraoperative emergencies with swift response.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records and surgical logs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support high-quality patient care.
• Assist in post-operative care and transfer of patients to ICU or recovery rooms.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including patient records and surgical logs, to uphold compliance with hospital standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in both general and obstetric surgeries.
• Assist in post-operative care and transfer of patients to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or recovery rooms as needed.
