Job summary

Navneet Education is seeking an Order Processing Officer for Quick Commerce to manage fast-paced order workflows from Padgha, Bhiwandi. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in quick commerce order processing and hands-on experience with OMS/WMS, SAP, and Advanced Excel. You will monitor dashboards, manage invoices and dispatch documents, and help optimize inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quick commerce order processing.
• Experience with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Quick, BigBasket.
• Strong data accuracy and entry speed.
• Proficient with OMS/WMS, SAP, and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming quick commerce orders through platforms.
• Ensure Right Product, Right Quantity, Right SKU, and correct discount at order processing time.
• Monitor live order dashboards and prioritize urgent orders.
• Generate invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents as required.
• Ensure real-time system updates for order status and inventory movement.
• Identify stock mismatches, shortages or damages and report immediately.
• Adhere to quick commerce SLAs and turnaround times.
• Minimize order cancellations, delays and wrong shipments.
• Maintain daily, weekly & monthly data reports for review.

Required Experience -

• minimum 5 years of experience in quick commerce order processing officer.
• Prior experience in quick commerce (blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, flipkart quick, big basket.

Role & responsibilities

To ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of quick commerce orders (1030-minute delivery model) by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting seamless orders fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming quick commerce orders through platforms.
• Right Product, Right Quantity, Right SKU’s & right discount to be processed at timer of order processing.
• Monitors live order dashboards and prioritize urgent orders.
• Generate invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents as required.
• Ensure real-time system updates for orders status and inventory movement.
• Identify stock mismatches, shortage or damages and report immediately.
• Adhere strictly to quick commerce SLA’s and turnaround times.
• Minimize order cancellations, delays and wrong shipments.
• Maintain daily, weekly & Monthly data reports for review.
