Nobel Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our Ecommerce team, handling purchase and sales orders, inventory, and cross‑department coordination to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented with strong communication skills and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. SAP/Oracle experience and quick commerce familiarity are preferred.

This fixed‑term role (1 year) is through a third‑party agency and based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/related field.
• Experience in supply chain analysis and quick commerce operations.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and process purchase orders from vendors and marketplaces across E-commerce platforms.
• Segregate POs by vendor location and maintain channel trackers.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Monitor and maintain inventory for Amazon and Flipkart platforms to prevent stock-outs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product supply based on demand forecasts.
• Schedule logistics and obtain POD for GRN confirmation and smooth deliveries.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and resolve shipment issues.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Specialist to join our Ecommerce team. The Order Processing Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

• Acknowledge and process purchase orders (POs) received from vendors and marketplaces across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms such as RK World, Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
• Segregate POs based on vendor locations for efficient processing and maintain channel wise tracker.

Sales Order Processing

• Process sales orders once PO received.
• Ensure accuracy and timely entry of order details into the system.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet demand and prevent stock-outs for Amazon and Flipkart (Seller Flex, FBA/FBF models) and

Quick Commerce channels.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a consistent supply of products based on demand forecasts.
• Supply POs according to priority locations and ensure stock availability.

Coordination and Logistics

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the logistics team for smooth delivery of shipments.
• Ensure all documentation and check with the logistics team for Proof of Delivery (POD) for Goods Receipt Note (GRN) confirmation.
• Communicate effectively with the team to resolve any issues related to shipment and delivery.

Customer and Vendor Relations

• Maintain positive relationships with respected vendors.
• Address any issues related to shipments & resolve.

Requirements

1. 1. Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2. Proven experience in supply chain analysis and optimization, preferably in Quick commerce operation.
3. 4. Proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
4. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
5. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
