Job summary

Innoage in India is seeking an Order Fulfilment Associate to manage daily e-commerce orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfilment. You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched within service levels.

• 1-2 years of experience in Order fulfilment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or an e-commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end order fulfilment and shipment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documentation.
• Monitor order processing performance and prepare reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfilment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
