Job summary

Biz Hr It Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an Order Fulfillment Executive to ensure accurate and timely order processing across sales, finance, production, and logistics. You will maintain stock accuracy, manage documentation, and drive improvements in order-to-delivery processes while monitoring MIS reports and KPIs.

The role requires strong proficiency in Tally, understanding of invoicing and dispatch processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to meet delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Track projection vs. actual order fulfillment and highlight gaps.
• Maintain Tally documentation for inbound and outbound transactions.
• Coordinate with Business, Finance, and Production for delivery commitments.
• Manage order-to-delivery communication and status updates.
• Ensure adherence to defined order fulfillment processes.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle invoice, billing, and dispatch documentation.
• Monitor customer delivery experience and escalate delays.
• Track credit notes, sales performance, and margins.
• Identify and implement process efficiency improvements.
• Support dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
