Job summary

Live Connections is looking for Order Management professionals in Pune to manage end-to-end order processing using SAP. You will handle order creation, booking, fulfillment, delivery and billing, while coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires SAP and Order Management experience, SAP ByD preferred, and knowledge of ServiceNow as an added advantage. Strong MS Excel reporting and training support are expected.

Qualifications

• SAP + Order Management experience required.
• Knowledge of MS Excel for report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order Management lifecycle from order creation to billing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers and client stakeholders to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor orders, identify issues and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Prepare reports and perform process analysis using MS Excel.
• Support training sessions and help update SOPs and course materials.
