AMS in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to join our growing team. The role focuses on SAP master data, order management, invoicing and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2.5–5 years of experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent communication to manage stakeholders and ensure pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2.5–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data in SAP.
• Monitor order book and manage orders.
• Process invoicing, credit requests, and return notes.
• Create quotes and enter orders with pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams.
