Clarivate Plc is seeking an Order Management & Billing Specialist to join our global Finance team based in Chennai. You will manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking, and billing, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.

You will work with Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, and NetSuite to maintain customer data, pricing, and promotions, and support the billing cycle with accurate revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in an Order Management function in a large, corporate setting.
• 2 years of experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, NetSuite, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking and billing, collaborating with sales, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Handle internal inquiries related to order status, billing, Tax, and Credit/Rebills; perform reconciliations of sales orders and invoices on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Update customer data in Salesforce, Oracle, and NetSuite; ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions on orders.
• Support the billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in order management processes and procedures.
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into order management and billing performance.

The Order Management & Billing Specialist will work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to provide exceptional service to our clients.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• 2 years of experience working in an Order Management function in a large, corporate setting.
• 2 years of overall experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, NetSuite, or related experience

What will you be doing in this role?

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking and billing. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Handle internal customer inquiries related to order status, billing, Tax & Credit/Rebills. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of sales orders, invoices.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied to customer orders. Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce, Oracle and NetSuite
• Support the billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in order management processes and procedures.
• Continuously improve order management and billing processes, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights into order management and billing performance.
