Clarivate Analytics, based in Chennai, seeks an Order Management & Billing Specialist to join our global Finance team. The role focuses on handling order entry, tracking, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

You will coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service, ensuring accurate pricing and timely processing. The ideal candidate has a business/finance background, 2 years in order management and ERP experience (Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, NetSuite), and strong MS Office skills.

• 2 years of overall experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, NetSuite, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking and billing.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Handle internal customer inquiries related to order status, billing, Tax & Credit/Rebills.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of sales orders, invoices.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied to customer orders.
• Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce, Oracle and NetSuite.
• Support the billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in order management processes and procedures.
• Continuously improve order management and billing processes, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights into order management and billing performance.
