Qualified candidates will have 5+ years IT experience in PeopleSoft HCM, strong PS tool knowledge, and experience with full lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2).
• Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools and best practices in HCM domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and contribute inputs in solution design based on expertise areas.
• Plan configuration activities and configure the product per design; conduct pilots.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines

Additional Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode

Technical and Professional Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical
• At least experience of 1 project in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2)
• Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain
• Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout
• Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc
• Strong knowledge on PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents.
