Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM technical professional to join our consulting team. You will own parts of the design, configuration, testing, and production rollout for PeopleSoft HCM implementations.

The role requires hands-on development with PeopleSoft tools, strong SDLC knowledge, and collaboration across global delivery teams to ensure client success and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• At least one project in PeopleSoft HCM domain.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation/upgrade (v9.2).
• Strong proficiency in HCM domain and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development tools and design docs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions within Infosys consulting teams.
• Develop proposal inputs and contribute to solution design based on expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure product per design, and support pilots and handoffs.
• Lead small projects and assist in effort estimation and client communications.

1+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical At least experience of 1 project in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2) Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout. Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc. Strong knowledge on PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
