Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group requires a senior Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and EPBCS expert with 10+ years of hands-on implementation experience. You will lead end-to-end HP/EPM projects, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and own the technical design across planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role involves on-site travel to GCC countries as required, with strong communication and governance through test scripts and configuration documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS).
• 6+ successful end to end implementations in HP and E/PBCS.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Excellent technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting—application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.
• Functional understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting process.
• Strong understanding of integration capability of HP and EPM/Hyperion with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HP/EPM implementation lifecycle.
• Guide project team and ensure timely delivery.
• Design and configure planning forms, rules, and metadata.
• Coordinate integration with external systems and data management.
• Prepare documentation and test scripts for project readiness.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
