Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks a senior Hyperion Planning and Budgeting consultant to lead HP/EPM projects for clients, ensuring robust planning and budgeting implementations. The role requires deep knowledge of HP/EPM components, data integration using FDMEE/ODI, and strong stakeholder communication.

The individual will guide project teams, prepare technical and functional documents, and coordinate across GCC deployments as needed. Willingness to travel and onsite work is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HP/EPM implementation experience.
• 6+ end-to-end HP/E-PBCS implementations completed.
• Willingness for long/short term travel to GCC countries.
• Onsite project experience in GCC region would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Provide expert knowledge on HP/EPM Planning and Budgeting: metadata, forms, rules, integration, security, reports.
• Create project documents like test scripts and integration configurations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Qualifications

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
