Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks an experienced Hyperion Planning and Budgeting specialist to lead HP/E/PBCS implementations across client environments from design through deployment. You will guide teams, build solutions, and create technical docs for complex planning processes.

Strong knowledge of HP/EPM, integration, and reporting is required. Willingness to travel to GCC countries and perform onsite work is essential. BTech or MCA and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• BTech or MCA required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate business and tech to stakeholders.
• Willing to travel long/short term to GCC countries; onsite GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle EPBCS
• 6+ end-to-end HP/E/PBCS implementations completed
• Lead solution build and guide project team
• Technical knowledge on Application Creation, metadata, planning forms, validations, rules, integration, workflow, security, reports
• Understand Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes
• Knowledge of HP/EPM integration with source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration docs, Manuals

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
