Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group is seeking a senior Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle EPM specialist with 10+ years of experience to lead implementation projects and guide the project team.

The role requires extensive knowledge of Application Creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, BI rules, reporting, and integration via FDMEE/ODI/Data Management, along with strong communication skills. Travel to GCC countries may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (financial formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Strong and assertive communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in HP/E/PBCS implementation and budgeting solutions.
• 6+ successful end-to-end HP/E/PBCS implementations.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Provide deep technical knowledge on HP/EPM Planning and Budgeting, including forms, rules, integration, reports, and security.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
