Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks an experienced Hyperion Planning and Budgeting specialist to lead large-scale HP and E/PBCS implementations with strong technical and governance focus.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, scalable planning solutions while engaging with stakeholders across regions. Willingness to travel to GCC countries is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS).
• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Excellent technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration.
• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process.
• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HP/E-PBCS implementations across projects.
• Coordinate technical configuration and security setup for planning environments.
• Create and maintain project documentation and runbooks.

Responsibilities

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
