Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks a senior Hyperion Planning and Budgeting expert to lead implementations and drive technical solutions across projects. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop configurations, and ensure alignment with planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

The role requires deep experience with HP/EPM planning, metadata, forms, rules, and integrations, plus willingness to travel to GCC countries as needed.

Qualifications

• BTech or MCA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and EPM is essential.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience implementing Hyperion Planning and EPM/EPBCS.
• 6+ end-to-end HP/EPM implementations delivered successfully.
• Lead solution build and guide project team, ensuring timely delivery.
• Deep technical knowledge of application creation, rules, forms, rules, integration, security.
• Understand planning, budgeting, forecasting processes and their integration.
• Create project docs: test scripts, integration configs, manuals.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
