Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group is seeking an senior Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting expert to lead multi‑year HP/E‑PBCS deployments. You will guide project teams, craft planning forms, and manage metadata, validations and security across complex environments.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on design experience, and readiness to travel to GCC countries for projects or onsite support. Prior onsite GCC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle EPM/E-PBCS.
• 6+ end-to-end implementations in HP and E-PBCS.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Knowledge of application creation, metadata, planning forms, validations, and security.
• Experience with FDMEE/ODI/Data Management integrations.
• Willing to travel long/short term to GCC Countries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and E-PBCS solutions.
• Lead end-to-end HP/E-PBCS implementations and teams.
• Design and build applications, forms, metadata, and validations.
• Configure security, workload, reports, and backup automation.
• Enable integrations with source/target systems via FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
• Create project documents: test scripts, integration configs, manuals.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
