Job summary

Tekskills in Hyderabad is seeking an Oracle NetSuite FI Operations Analyst to manage AR processes, invoicing, and cash application within NetSuite. You will work with sales and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy and support audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, has 2+ years of AR experience (5+ for seniors), and demonstrates strong Excel skills and communication. US customer exposure preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices and ensure timely dispatch


• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables


• Apply customer payments in NetSuite accurately (cash application)


• Handle customer queries and resolve disputes in a timely manner


• Generate AR aging reports and support month-end closing activities


• Maintain accurate AR records in NetSuite and support audits


• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for billing accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:
