Job summary

HighSpring India LLP is seeking a Sr. NetSuite Manager for a remote, 3+ month contract. The role requires 12+ years of consulting experience and 8+ years in NetSuite implementation, upgrades, and support.

You will lead workshops, architect designs, and guide end-to-end NetSuite configurations and testing. Key responsibilities include driving requirements, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of NetSuite projects with EST overlap for up to 2 PM EST, while traveling up to 25% as

• 8+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade and support experience.
• Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
• Full lifecycle implementation with Multi-book, ARM, OpenAir and PSA.
• 12+ years of Tier 1/2 consulting experience.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops gathering requirements and document use-cases.
• Assess functional and technical gaps in designs and recommend solutions.
• Develop detailed work plans for project activities within scope.
• Train and support end users in NetSuite.
• Test NetSuite instances and validate configurations with test scripts.

Shift: Minimum guaranteed commitment of 80 hours per month and a maximum of 45 hours of EST

overlap, up to 2 pm EST(11.30PM IST)

Job Description:

• 8+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
• Full, life-cycle implementation experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
• 12+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting experience.
• Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
• Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes.
• ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience.
• Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
• Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
• Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.
• Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within scope of application responsibility.
• Experience training and supporting end users in NetSuite.
• Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts is required.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.
• Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%.

Preferably, you will have:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
• NetSuite Suite Foundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir Certifications.
• Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community is strongly preferred.
• CPA, PMP or MBA.
