Job Title

NetSuite Functional Consultant – Finance Module

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant – Financial Module to lead requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite ERP financial processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in NetSuite Financial modules, business process mapping, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes.
• Configure and implement NetSuite Financial modules based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Design and optimize financial workflows and business processes.
• Configure and support:
• Chart of Accounts (COA) Design and Management
• NetSuite Finance modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Intercompany Accounting
• Fixed Asset Management
• Advanced Revenue Management
• One World - (Multi Subsidiary, Multi-Currency)
• Multi Book Accounting
• Taxation - Suite Tax
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support data migration, UAT, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
• Create functional design documents and process documentation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and business controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of ERP consulting experience with strong exposure to NetSuite Financial modules.
• Hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration and implementation. Proven experience in delivering at least 2–3 full lifecycle ERP implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support.
• Experience working in SuiteSuccess Methodology, Agile or Agile Hybrid project Methodologies.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, financial reporting and client communication.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, or Finance.
• Preferred Certifications - NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite ARM Certification, Multibook accounting enabled.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SuiteScript concepts (functional understanding).
• Experience with data migration tools and ERP transformation projects.
