Job summary

CES in Hyderabad is hiring Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - Corporate Accounting for hybrid work. You will process vendor invoices, manage NetSuite bookings, and support month-end closes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of corporate accounting, strong US GAAP, and proficiency in NetSuite; you will collaborate with finance and operations to improve reporting.

This role requires independent work, ability to handle multiple priorities, and attention to internal controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, coding, and timely payments.
• Oversee T&E (travel and entertainment) submissions and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare and post expense allocations across funds and management entities.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Support efficiency improvements in invoice and expense workflows.
• Record and maintain NetSuite bookings and journal entries.
• Perform expense reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts.
• Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support ongoing NetSuite implementation and process enhancement projects.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting procedures.

Work hours:- 2 PM to 11 PM IST/3 PM to 12 AM IST

Work Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or 15 Days
