Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions in Chennai is seeking an Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to support, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS HCM modules.

You will gather requirements, configure HRMS modules, develop reports and integrations using BI Publisher and APIs, and manage data migration with strong end-user training.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to succeed in end-to-end HRMS implementations and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to manage end-to-end HRMS implementations and support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and prepare functional/technical specs.
• Configure and customize Oracle HRMS/HCM modules.
• Develop reports, integrations, and extensions using BI Publisher and APIs.
• Plan and execute data migration and conversion activities.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Prepare detailed documentation and deliver user training sessions.
