Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Kolkata invites experienced Oracle HRMS Developer to join our HRMS team. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS, EBS HRMS R12, Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and integrations.

You will work on HRMS APIs, SIT/EIT development, data conversion, interfaces, conversions, and fast formula, with focus on performance tuning and data fixes. Familiarity with XML Publisher, BI Publisher, AOL, and Payroll modules is a plus.

Qualifications

Oracle EBS HRMS R12 and Oracle HRMS APIs familiarity.
Strong SQL/PL-SQL and XML Publisher skills.
Experience with interfaces, conversions, AOL and payroll modules.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HRMS APIs and SIT/EIT components.
Handle fast formula, data conversion, and interface development.
Perform data fixes and optimize performance; support concurrent programs.
