Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is seeking an Oracle HRMS Developer with 7+ years of experience. The role focuses on Oracle EBS HRMS R12, SQL/PLSQL, HRMS APIs, and publishing tools within core HR, payroll, and related modules.

Responsibilities include SIT/EIT development, data conversions, interfaces, concurrent programs, and performance tuning to support HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• - Oracle EBS HRMS R12 is mandatory.
• - Strong SQL/PLSQL and HRMS APIs knowledge required.
• - Experience with XML Publisher/BI Publisher essential.
• - Interfaces, conversions and AOL familiarity required.
• - Forms/Reports development experience desirable.
• - Data migration and payroll/absence management modules knowledge.
• - Fast Formula experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• - Develop and customize HRMS components using Oracle EBS HRMS R12.
• - Create SIT/EIT development artifacts and data conversions.
• - Develop interfaces and concurrent programs for HR processes.
• - Tune performance and fix data issues to ensure accuracy.
