• Support data migration activities into Oracle Cloud environments.
• Drive movement of setup/config changes from non-production to production environments.
• Deliver functional support throughout full implementation lifecycle—from requirements to post-go-live.
• Serve as a client-facing advisor, engaging stakeholders and aligning with business processes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This role requires strong functional knowledge, hands‑on configuration experience, and the ability to lead client‑facing engagements. The ideal candidate will have end‑to‑end implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple tasks and time zones.

Required Experience & Skills

Practical experience in:

• End‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Solution design and configuration
• Data migration to Oracle Cloud
• Strong functional understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for customer‑facing interactions.
• Flexibility to work across international time zones and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression cycles.
• Exposure to HR transformation programs and global HR landscapes.
