Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to ensure timely delivery of projects from Bengaluru, delivering solutions across India. You will manage project schedules, resources, and stakeholders to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent.
• 7–12 years of Oracle HCM Payroll consulting experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

Required Skills

• 7 - 12 Years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
