Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks a qualified Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll specialist to configure and implement payroll modules according to business requirements.

You will manage payroll elements, deductions, earnings, and payments, develop fast formulas, and support end-to-end payroll processes while ensuring seamless integration with Core HR and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules based on business requirements.
• Manage payroll elements, balances, deductions, earnings, and payroll processing.
• Configure payroll calculations, payment methods, costing, and statutory deductions.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
• Support payroll processing activities, reconciliation, and period-end activities.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Integrate Payroll with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, HDL/HCM Data Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher, and integrations.
