• Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation etc. .
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
