Job summary

Strategic Technology Resources International is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Fast Formulas, HDL, BIP, and HCM Extracts to support complex cloud implementations.

The role requires 6-11 years of related experience, with hands-on delivery of HDL inbound interfaces and BIP/HCM Extracts outbound, plus deep knowledge of data transformation across HCM Cloud modules and clear, effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have 4 - 8 years of experience working on HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Experience developing integrations using HDL for inbound and BIP & HCM Extracts for outbound.
• Strong knowledge of data transformation techniques while developing various extracts.
• Experience developing extracts across various HCM Cloud modules and understanding the nuances involved.
