Job summary

Parnasoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, and maintain technical solutions. You will develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Fast Formulas across HCM Cloud modules while collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5–14 years of Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion HCM experience, hands-on Fast Formula skills, and ability to work with at least two modules, including one of Core HR,

Qualifications

• 5–14 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience in Fast Formula is mandatory.
• Expert knowledge of Fast Formula across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Strong knowledge of at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, OTL, Taleo, OLC, Recruiting.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting Fast Formulas.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support for implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to HCM configurations and Fast Formulas.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and meet business requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams and participate in client discussions as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer activities.

We are looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultants with 514 years of overall experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula and in‑depth technical knowledge of at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to HCM configurations, Fast Formulas, and related processes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in client discussions when required.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–14 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Fast Formula / Fast Formulas is mandatory.
• Practitioner/expert‑level knowledge of Fast Formula in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Strong technical knowledge of at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including one or more of:
• Core HR

• Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
• Taleo
• Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)

• Experience in developing, modifying, testing, and troubleshooting Fast Formulas.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM technical architecture and configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
• Experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or enhancement projects.
• Experience with direct client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Experience handling production support and resolving complex HCM technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a technically strong Oracle HCM professional who has genuine hands‑on Fast Formula experience, rather than only functional exposure to Oracle HCM. The candidate should be able to independently analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
