Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable HR solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.

You will develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BIP/OTBI reports, and build secure integrations via REST APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical domain
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and integrations
• Strong SQL knowledge

• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BIP reports
• Design and build OTBI reports and dashboards
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs
