Job summary

Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant is needed for a hybrid India role. You will deliver Core HR solutions using Fast Formulas and manage payroll, compensation, and data migration tasks. Strong BI/OTBI reporting capabilities are required.

Ideal candidate has 8–14 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, pan-India presence, and can work in a hybrid setup based in India.

Qualifications

• 8 to 14 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Strong expertise in Fast Formulas and payroll processes.
• Experience with HDL/HSDL for data migration and BI/OTBI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR with Fast Formulas.
• Develop BI/OTBI reports and handle compensation setup.
• Manage data migration using HDL/HSDL and ensure payroll integrity.
