Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Testing professional to drive quality across payroll and HR modules. You will contribute to design, configuration, and testing activities within a consulting team, delivering high-value solutions for clients.

Responsibilities include test case design, validation of payroll workflows, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve defects while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Testing.
• Hands-on Oracle Payroll Testing experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Payroll, Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, Time and Labor.
• Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience in defect management and test execution lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• As part of Infosys consulting team, diagnose issues and design solutions for client delight.
• Develop proposals and contribute inputs to solution design based on expertise.
• Plan configuration activities and configure product per design; conduct pilots.
• Lead solution demonstrations and prepare effort estimates aligned to budgets.

• Validate payroll processes, integrations, and business workflows.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll Testing.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as: o Payroll o Core HR o Compensation & Benefits o Time and Labor
• Strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience in defect management and test execution lifecycle.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills
• Automation testing exposure.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
