The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of hands-on experience in HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud and must be well-versed in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Onboarding, and integration of new communication methods. Excellent communication skills are a must, and the role requires readiness to work in the evening shift of 3:30pm - 11:30pm IST. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience in integrating SMS and WhatsApp for communications.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.

• Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills.
