Job summary

Ikrux in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll experience. You will lead end-to-end payroll implementations, configure payroll, and ensure statutory compliance across global or regional setups.

Responsibilities include SIT/UAT testing, data validation, cutover activities, and providing functional leadership to teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Fusion Payroll.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, testing, production support and payroll business processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR/Payroll teams, technical teams and project leadership to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with technical teams on Fast Formula, BI Publisher.
• Coordinate with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and Finance teams for integrated business processes.
• Provide production/L2-L3 support and resolve critical payroll issues.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases and assess the impact of new features and legislative updates.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides and knowledge-transfer material.
• Conduct client/business-user training and configuration walkthroughs.
• Mentor junior functional consultants and provide functional leadership.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Oracle HCM experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration.
• Minimum 23 Oracle Payroll implementation/support projects preferred.
• At least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, elements, balances, costing, payments and reconciliation.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing and Go-Live.
• Strong knowledge of payroll business processes and statutory requirements.
