Job summary

Careernet in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle HCM functional consultant to lead design and configuration for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR processes. You will support end-to-end implementation activities from requirement analysis through go-live, and coordinate integrations across HR workflows.

You will also prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression validation, with post-production hypercare support.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of relevant Oracle HCM functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, Core HR, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Redwood framework and functional configuration in Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR implementations with scalable process design and issue resolution.
• Exposure to functional testing, SIT, UAT, go-live readiness, and production support in Oracle environments.
