Job summary

Bristlecone in India seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud BAU specialist to handle end-to-end support, enhancements and technical activities, including configuration, troubleshooting, testing and ongoing optimization.

You will work on Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and reporting with OTBI and BI Publisher, ensuring security and change management processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
3.1–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications preferred.
