Rite Digital Limited in Hyderabad seeks an Oracle Fusion Compensation & Benefits Consultant to design and configure Total Compensation and Benefits solutions—from Workforce Compensation to Benefits Programs, Salary Administration, and Oracle ME self-service.

You will bridge HR strategy with Oracle Cloud configuration to build equitable, compliant comp & benefits programs and lead stakeholder sign-off across HR, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM with emphasis on compensation and benefits.
Experience configuring workforce comp, salary admin, and benefits.
Hands-on with 834 EDI, ACA 1095-C, and OTBI/HCM analytics.

Responsibilities

Configure Oracle Workforce Compensation plans, budgets, eligibility, and approvals.
Set up Salary Administration, ranges, grades, and spot allowances.
Design and implement Benefits programs with eligibility and rate profiles.
Configure Life Events, Benefits Fast Formulas, and Total Compensation Statements.
Manage 834 EDI carrier data, ACA 1095-C setup, and payroll integration.
Build comp analytics using OTBI & HCM Analytics for pay equity insights.
Implement Oracle Compensation AI agents and support stakeholder sign-offs.
Lead CRP/SIT/UAT sessions and coordinate with HR, Finance, and Legal.

We're hiring an Oracle Fusion Compensation & Benefits Consultant to design and configure Total Compensation and Benefits solutions — from Workforce Compensation (merit, bonus, stock) to Benefits Programs, Salary Administration, and Oracle ME self-service. You'll bridge HR strategy with Oracle Cloud configuration to build equitable, compliant, competitive comp & benefits programs.

What You'll Do

Configure Oracle Workforce Compensation (CWB) — plans, budget pools, eligibility, worksheets, approval hierarchies
Set up Individual Compensation (spot bonuses, allowances, relocation) and Salary Administration (basis, ranges, grades)
Design Benefits Programs/Plans/Options with eligibility profiles, derived factors, and rate profiles
Configure Life Events, Benefits Fast Formulas, Flex Credits, and Total Compensation Statements
Manage 834 EDI carrier extracts, ACA 1095-C setup, and Benefits-to-Payroll integration
Build pay equity/compa-ratio analytics via OTBI & HCM Analytics
Implement Oracle Compensation AI agents (Advisor, Guidelines Analyst, Statement Analyst)
Lead CRP/SIT/UAT sessions and drive stakeholder sign-off across HR, Finance, Legal
