Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 2–3 successful implementation projects. The candidate will deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on business process analysis, requirements, and design. Strong Fast Formulas and excellent communication are essential.

AIM/OUM methodology knowledge and cloud certification are preferred. Senior profiles should have 4–5 cloud projects and extensive experience across Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 implementations as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong track record delivering Oracle HCM solutions with business process analysis, requirement definition and design.
• Ability to write Fast formulas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of AIM/OUM processes and documentation.
• Cloud certification preferred.
• Senior profiles (8+ years) should have 4–5 cloud projects.
• End-to-end implementation experience for Global HR, HRHD, Absences, Cloud Payroll, Talent Management, Time and Labor, and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.
• Analyze business processes and define requirements.
• Design solutions and write Fast formulas for payroll and HR modules.
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ensure AIM/OUM process documentation is accurate.
• Possess cloud project experience where applicable.
• Deliver across modules like Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management.

Job description

HCM Func:

Should have at least 2-3 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.

Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Should be able to write Fast formulas

Should have good communication and presentation skills

Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation

Cloud Certification if preferred

Senior profiles with more than 8+ years experience should have 4-5 cloud

projects implementation.

Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules:

Global HR, HRHD and Absences

Cloud Payroll

Talent Management

Oracle Time and Labor

Oracle Compensation and Benefits
