Job summary

Conneqtion Group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant focused on Talent Management, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Performance, Learning, and Career Development. You will manage the full talent lifecycle from recruitment to career growth and succession planning with strong integration into HR systems.

The role requires 3-6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, multiple implementations, and expertise in HDL/HSDL data loading and OTBI reporting, in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 implementation projects.
• Strong experience with Talent Management modules: Oracle Learning Management, Performance Management, and Career Development.
• Proficiency with ORC configurations and the recruiting lifecycle/process.
• Experience with HDL and HSDL data loading and conversions.
• Experience in a client-facing role and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full talent lifecycle from recruitment to career development and succession planning.
• Handle Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management configurations and integrations with HR systems.
• Support HDL/HSDL data load, testing, and data migration activities.
• Participate in design and delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud processes and lifecycle workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to address functional gaps and deliver solutions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM modules Talent Management, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Career Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full talent lifecycle—from recruitment to career development and succession planning—and ensuring smooth integration with HR systems. This role will support the business in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, learning, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3-6 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 implementation projects.
• Strong experience with HCM modules related to Talent Management, including Oracle Learning Management, Performance Management, and Career Development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) configurations and the recruiting lifecycle/process.
• Experience with additional modules such as Core HR, Benefits, OTL, and Compensation is an advantage.
• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to address them.
• Support integration teams in building, configuring, and testing integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
• Skilled in data loading and conversion using HDL and HSDL.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI Reports, and personalization.
• Must have experience in a client-facing role.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Preferred

• Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
• Experience working on end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Exposure to integrations, reporting, and technical-functional coordination.
• Experience in handling L2/L3 production support and RCA.
