Job summary

Conneqtion Group is seeking a motivated Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Talent Management, including ORC, Learning, Performance, and Career Development. You will manage the full talent lifecycle and ensure smooth HR system integration.

The role requires 3–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience across at least two implementations, with strong HDL/HSDL data-loading skills and client-facing exposure. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least two implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Talent Management, ORC, Learning Management, and Career Development.
• Exposure to HDL and HSDL for data loading/conversion.
• Experience with OTBI, Fast Formulas, and personalization.
• Client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience in a client-facing role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM modules Talent Management, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Career Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full talent lifecycle—from recruitment to career development and succession planning—and ensuring smooth integration with HR systems. This role will support the business in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, learning, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3-6 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 implementation projects.
• Strong experience with HCM modules related to Talent Management, including Oracle Learning Management, Performance Management, and Career Development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) configurations and the recruiting lifecycle/process.
• Experience with additional modules such as Core HR, Benefits, OTL, and Compensation is an advantage.
• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to address them.
• Support integration teams in building, configuring, and testing integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
• Skilled in data loading and conversion using HDL and HSDL.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI Reports, and personalization.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Preferred

• Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
• Experience working on end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Exposure to integrations, reporting, and technical-functional coordination.
• Experience in handling L2/L3 production support and RCA.
